TCN has a team of highly credentialed, caring medical professionals to provide Adult Psychiatric Services. The hallmarks of TCN's Psychiatric Services are Ease of Access and Affordability.

Clinicians
Dr. Franklin Halley, Chief Medical Officer of TCN, is a Board Certified Psychiatrist offering quality psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, prescriptive, and ongoing care. He is supported by a staff of auxiliary adult psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses, and Registered Nurses. The Advanced Practice Nurses increase the client's ease of timely access to services as they provide a full range of quality services including evaluation, diagnosis, prescriptive and ongoing care.

Case Management
TCN has dedicated one Registered Nurse to the provision of intensive medical/ psychiatric case management. This service begins with a full evaluation of needs and development of a highly individualized treatment plan addressing medical, nutritional, psychiatric, and case management needs. Clients can access this service in either of TCN's offices or through a home visit.

Medication Assistance
During your initial visit, you will work with your nurse to determine what eligibility requirements you meet to match you with various state and benevolent programs which may assist with the cost of your medication.

Out-patient Services
TCN offers scheduled out-patient Individual Psychiatric Assessments at both our Xenia and Fairborn locations. Clients do not need to be involved with other TCN services to receive psychiatric care at TCN. However, for the many clients who do wish to supplement their psychiatric care with counseling or case management services, TCN offers a full range of individual and group Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Counseling services and Community Support Services.

In-patient Services
TCN also offers in-patient psychiatric services at Greene Memorial Hospital. In-patient psychiatric services will be provided on the mental health unit and through consultations on medical units. Physicians are welcome to consult directly with Dr. Halley on in-patient referrals.
