In addition to providing high quality service to individuals, TCN Behavioral Health Services offers a variety of services to businesses and organizations.

As experienced quality providers of mental health services, TCN recognizes that individuals have problems that follow them to work. Employers can utilize mental health services like Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) and Employee Workshops to reduce the costs associated with burnout, tardiness, absenteeism, and employee turnover rates.

Many employers are taking advantage of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP) which provides a discount on their BWC premiums. All DFWP's require that employees and supervisors receive annual drug and alcohol education by a qualified provider. TCN offers dynamic training meeting all BWC regulations.
