Mission
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc.'s mission is to provide accessible and affordable mental health and substance abuse services through clinical excellence.
Goals:
  • Advocate to the EMV ADAMH Board for adequate funding of mental health and substance abuse services that meet the current and future needs of consumers in Greene and surrounding counties.
  • Identify to the EMV ADAMH Board the gaps in services in Greene and surrounding counties and advocate for the resources required to provide those needed services.
  • Develop partnerships or alliances with organizations that share our vision and beliefs; and, that build on the strengths of each participating organization to offer services of unparalleled value.
  • Recruit and retain a diverse, dedicated and loyal staff who are highly qualified, caring, culturally sensitive, ethical and who can collaborate with other staff in the provision of all services.
  • Achieve and maintain accreditation as a Behavioral Healthcare Organization through state and national regulatory agencies.
