Holiday Pay
|
11 paid holidays are provided for all full-time employees annually.

Health/Dental Insurance
|
TCN offers a health and dental insurance program to full-time employees through Anthem and Superior Dental Care. (76% of premium paid by TCN and 24% paid by employee).

Paid Time Off
|
Fulltime employees receive 15-30 days paid time off annually (depending on length of services and
salary grade level). PTO days are prorated for regular part-time employees.

Extended Medical Leave
|
Full-time employees
also receive 7 days of extended medical leave annually. (EML is prorated for part-time employees).

Life Insurance
|
TCN regular full-time employees receive term life insurance equal to one times the employee’s
annual salary at no cost to the employee.

Pension Plan (American United Life)
|
TCN contributes 4% of each employee’s annual salary at no cost to the employee into a pension
plan (eligibility begins with 1 yr. of service). Employees may also make contributions through
payroll deduction.

Long Term Disability
|
TCN full-time employees receive long-term disability insurance after completing six months of
employment.

Staff Development Allowance
|
A training/travel stipend is available to employees for educational training related to the
employee’s position with TCN.

Bereavement Leave
|
Paid bereavement leave is offered for the death of an immediate family member (maximum of 3 days).

Jury Duty
|
Pays up to ten days of regular pay while employee serves on jury.

|
Allows employees to set aside pre-taxed dollars for medical expenses and dependent care expenses.
